Error updating database php

It is dangerous to manually add fields to the database because other steps may also be missing.

Except last one ($_POST["password"]."' "; ) because on front of where clause you will need space like " where"; right now if you look at print of your $str SQL you will see some pretty ugly string.

Here is the table structure: city and Phys_city is part of City/Zip/State.

As you I mentioned before for Physical Address and Payment information.

So the dropdown menu and radio buttons are the issue, I beleive?

Otherwise you'll have to make sure the script shows a complete html page, or redirect to another page that'll show the "database has been updated" message.

I'm not sure if this link would help : C I dont really understand why you have 2 fields named the same that both will be storing the same data? Can you also show us the actual table structure of ' Register'? Change this I dont really understand why you have 2 fields named the same that both will be storing the same data? Can you also show us the actual table structure of ' Register'? The database doesn't allow duplicates, so I named it two different names. We then use the following code to update a user's info in the database to reflect the approved transaction. However, about every 1 out of 10 times, a user's info simply will not update even though the transaction returned an approved response. Or perhaps the response_code does not equal 1 for some reason? I did the script so it calls the two database names and uses it with City/State/Zip in the PHP so it works.
